Sur charge for pets, extra deposit, bed was terrible

Location to essential facilities the Brewery bar was next door, supermarkets and restaurants close by, clean rooms, pet friendly, staff was very accommodating.

Nothing comes to mind probably lack of transportation services for my two dogs and myself.

Poca limpieza, solo pusieron. Toallas nuevas y nunca tendieron la cama, la cama tenía basura acumulada de los huéspedes anteriores y el desayuno escaso, poco variado y de calidad cuestonable...

Main room was clean and remodeled. It was a bed and place to take shower.

. There were handwritten policies on the wall of check-in that were not in the booking reservation. It is a non smoking property, but rooms being sold as smoking or non smoking... When asked at check-in about the suspicious " only two adults allowed into a room rule." ... (we have 3 friends who wanted to stay at motel close to an event) We were given slight attitude and told it was per the fire marshall... But two kids and two adults were allowed...we were a bit concerned...but it was a last minute booking and we needed a bed and shower for the night. ..The 100$ security deposit was taken off hold over 36 hrs later. When called to ask about why, Housekeeping answered phone after many calls, and then proceeded to hang up on me, tell me no management available until 3...when asked for owner told no and hung up on and not to call back again. Not a good look for a motel. And this is a motel, not a hotel.

Pricing for all attempted bookings were much more expensive than advertised. Internet price was listed but nightly price was often $50 or more per night than the internet price.
