The first room we were assigned to had mold in the bathroom, and the odor was terrible. We had to go into the office twice before being located to another room that hadn't been clean. The first smoke detector did not operate since it had no battery. The second smoke detector beeped the entire time we were there. The refrigerator also contained mold.But what made the experience worse was that when I was checking out I asked the person for a receipt and he refused to give me one.He grew agitated and claimed that he had assisted thousands of individuals and that no one had ever requested a receipt. My son and I go on vacation every year and we've never had such a bad experience like the one we had at this hotel. I would not recommend anyone to come to this hotel.It was the worst ever.

Location was great.

Air conditioner didn't work. Patches on walls unfinished. Shower matt was old and ugly.

Unfortunately staff are very very not supportive- literally when arrived I was asked for an ID and Credit card and that’s all the information ( words ) I got from the staff - the Bed was made strange as the mattress was not fully covered. Didn’t even bother to ask the staff (guy ) as again no very supportive- won’t go back again. Thank you
