Front staff was very accommodating and friendly

The price is affordable, cheaper than living in downtown. The employee is also friendly.

The noise of air condition is annoying and the facilities are old.

Property offered free parking and room was more spacious than we anticipated. Hotel staff was friendly

I was initially going to leave a raving review despite the location but our last day there left a very bad impression. Hotel management is no where to be found on the morning of your checkout if you happen to need something. I sent a message through whats app, which is their only form of communication & I sent it after 8 am, requesting for more T.P and there was no response. I then went to the reception area and rang the call button which also resulted with no response. At this point my child had been in the restroom for over 30 min waiting, so we ended up using their box Kleenex instead. This ordeal was unfortunate because we actually considered staying here for future visits but not anymore.

We stayed at Cassandra Hotel for a few nights, and honestly, it was better than we expected. The hotel is basic, yes, and they are doing some renovation, but it didn’t really bother us. The room is clean, quiet, and everything is organized. For us, it’s enough. What surprised us the most is the customer service. Everyone at front desk is super nice and helpful. Handra, I think she’s the supervisor, she is amazing. Very friendly, always smiling, and really tried to help us with anything we need. We really appreciate that. Some people say the price is high, but come on, it’s Vancouver. Everything is expensive here. Compare with other places, we think the price is okay, especially with the service they give. The location is also convenient, close to bus stop, food, and easy to go downtown. For tourists like us, it’s a good spot. We had a good stay and would come back again.

The front house staff were exceptionally pleasant. Very nice fridge,microwave and air conditioning.
