The room pretty basic and bare. It's clean and comfortable but very basic. What makes this place good is the staff. They're amazing! Super friendly and helpful. Also there's tons of very cool little restaurants to explore nearby

"2024/2025 Visit"

My one month stay at the CASSANDRA hotel WAS MOST ENJOYABLE. My room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect and close to public transportation. The hotel now has a new elevator. And Handra Silva is a most gracious host. FRED GALLANT.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. Price was a little high considering the condition and renovation the property is under going. BUT I WILL TAKE GREAT SERVICE EVERY TIME OVER modern condition. Will definitely visit again on return to Vancouver
