Comfy beds, good place to stay if going for 1 night, good waffles in the morning.

No balcony other than that it was good

Housekeeping was not friendly and treated us as an inconvenience

The breakfast was less than desirable then other continental breakfast we’ve had. Under cooked potatoes & seemed like microwaved sausage. The other items were decent.

Mold in the rooms everywhere, seen roaches in the room, the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, there was hair from the previous guest in the shower. Had to buy my own cleaning supplies to clean the bathrooms booked 2 rooms 1 with 3 people but wasn’t given a couch , 1 with 2 adults but got 2 queens only needed 1 for a couple was told it couldn’t happen. The smell is terrible through out the hotel and we have bites that Iam praying are not bed bugs and just mosquitos . This was probably was one of the worst stays ever. I thought I booked comfort suites and accidentally booked comfort inn, it was too late to change and I was stuck in this place. Absolutely unacceptable. Very very very disappointed. We also had to request enough towels for each person in the room as it seems we were expected to share 2 towels & 1 face towel daily. And that’s for the room with 3 guest as well as the one with 2 guest .
