Was run down staff is lazy I only used to sleep and left

The location is good. Short walk to beach and stores...Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent for a budget friendly hotel. Rooms were comfortable and hotel was quiet.

Pool area could use some new chairs and tables maybe some umbrellas, but the staff was awesome and very accommodating. They were working hard to make improvements.

El sector para desayunar es muy pequeño y la distribución no ayuda a un mejor confort. El elevador estaba fuera de servicio.

We booked a king size bed with a sofa bed, the front ofice said "those rooms might appear on the website but we dont have sofa beds" We moved to a double queen bed and in the new room no towels were on the restroom ao i had tk go back to frot ofice to ask for towels. I told the man on the frint ofice about all the issues we were having an he did an stupid recommendation, he said next time you come to the hotel you can get a $20 sleeping bag from walmart so rhe kid can sleep in the corner and you wint have to change to a double bed, i tld him that it was not necessary because i booked a toom woth my needs but it eas a false advertisement. Evrything looks old, the light in the room has rust, the bed sheet its ripped and the AC is broken, the ice machine is full of dust.
