USThe pools were great and there were so many fun things to do right there in one place.
The WiFi wasn’t great and there was no elevator to our 3rd floor room. With 2 small kids it was just inconvenient.

USThe reservationist did not give us the room we requested. We(my wife and I) were given the lockout room or room B. We wanted the larger 2 bedroom with a kitchen. She put seniors(age 65 with bad knees) on the third floor in room that had a strong odor of smoke. My wife has allergies and demanded to be moved. Therefore there was an increase in stress. We felt cheated and would like to be compensated. The booking number is 4881487166. We checked in on July 19,2025 and checked out on July 22,2025. We will never return.

I was informed unable to request late checkout until the morning of and once I did it they then told me I was unable to do it they was at it capacity. And then told I could have done it at registration. Very disappointed this may things inconvenient for my family

Thank you to Rita at check- in for her professional handling of our needs at check-in. These 2 employees made our vacation a pleasure to stay at Harbour Lights.
Its an enjoyable experience for the entire family and not far from broadway

The only things I didn’t like were having to share the water attractions with children, which took away from the adult relaxation experience, and the Wi-Fi in Building 18 was not working during my stay.
