The staff was particularly attentive. The front desk was able to change my room to a more desirable location. Also Malachi at the front desk was always helpful and considerate.

Great front desk staff. Very accommodating. Very friendly. Very professional. Looks like this hotel was renovated but not completely updated. Bathrooms are still old style. My son didn’t know how to use the shower curtain! Unfortunately there’s no complimentary buffet breakfast at a Courtyard and their hot tub was covered up with tiles - maybe to expand the pool deck? Overall great stay.

Malachi at front desk was absolutely wonderful. We stayed on 6/5/2025. I had to go for surgery next day and he literally had me at ease due to his wonderful upbeat attitude. The Staff especially Jasmin was very helpful friendly, and accommodating. She happily switched rooms when asked and explained about available services. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the fact the bar food was terrible and the actual food was far from what was actually offered on the menu. I wanted to keep it simple and ordered the 3 cheese grilled cheese. When it came it was literally toast out of the toaster with melted cheese in the middle. Wasn’t 3 cheese, ok fine but to order a grill cheese and get cheesy toast. That’s just ridiculous. Room was clean and comfortable.

Jasmin at the front desk was a joy to deal with. Her professionalism and attitude were second to none and she took the time to answer any questions we had. The hotel was clean and exactly what we were looking for as we were in town for a golf tournament.

We went to this hotel for a soccer tournament during Memorial Day weekend. Malachi was super friendly and accommodating with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and the staff was amazing. We would definitely recommended staying here.

Accommodating front desk, clean rooms, comfortable beds. We were there for a soccer tournament and the front desk person, Malachi, was extremely nice, and personably. He was very calm and cool which sometimes can be difficult with a lobby full of teenagers.

This hotel was wonderful! Our team stayed here for a soccer tournament and the hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating! Malacki was particularly helpful and helped us with set up and clean up for a team dinner. He was so helpful and kind!!! Susan was also very helpful in sending us recommendations for restaurants and fixing an issue promptly with a reservation for one of our players. The hotel was clean and quiet. It is also located in a good area close to many restaurants and the mall. This was the best hotel experience my team has had in the last 5 years.
