"Good option for a very comfortable overnight stay"

Extremely well-appointed room with good views over the lake. Very helpful staff and great choice of food. Make use of the Havana Bar for cocktails - great choices and lovely staff.

It really was in the back streets and built up around it which made it tricky to find and noisier than expected, partly due to local building and road works going on.

"Ruhiges Hotel mit Aussicht"

Der Empfang im Hotel war sehr freundlich. Grundsätzlich empfanden wir das gesamte Personal im Hotel als sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer (günstigste Kategorie) war genügend gross und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Es war sehr ruhig im Zimmer, leider konnte man aber wegen den vielen brummenden Klimageräten nachts das Fenster nicht offen lassen. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Aussicht und die Auswahl und Qualität des Frühstückbuffets waren Spitzenklasse!

OK, es ist ein Viersterne-Hotel und die Gäste sind teilweise sehr elitär, aber CHF 25.00 für einen Gin Tonic mit einem Standard Gin in der Bar halte ich schon für sehr überteuert! Leider war der Deckel bei unserem Klo defekt und wackelte herum. Dies haben wir an der Rezeption gemeldet und es wurde auch umgehend behoben. Wir sind aber der Meinung, dass dies bei der Zimmerreinigung hätte festgestellt und gemeldet werden müssen.
