"Make sure they are done with construction"

Hallways were in shambles and gutted for a remodel. Desk staff didnt mention that. Our room was only one at end of hall with a fresh painted door and a number on the door. Construction dust was atrocious. Smell of paint was intoxicating. Inside room had been redone. Bed was comfortable and room Clean. Smell of paint and construction dust was overwhelming. New ac unit with no power to it. None of the outlets worked. People outside screaming all night. It was a place to rest our head without a lick of sleep. Advised the front desk of the situation with no help there. Advised upon check out my concerns. No offer to discount the stay or any offering just “thanks”

Booked an accessible room but a wheelchair could not fit in doorway. When we went to call front desk, phone was not working. Found cockroach looking bug at door of room. Brought these things up to the front desk and he said it’s not his problem nor is he housekeeping. Wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worse enemy. Will never return.

The staff was very good. Some remodeling going on. Maybe our bathroom just hadn't been done yet, because it could use a little attention. The rest of the room was nice and updated.

Booked a king bed. Was given a queen and told That is all we have the king rooms are under construction. Did not offer to reimburse the difference in price. They did construction right out side of our room until late at night. Very inconvenient for a good night sleep.
