"Good"

It needs help it is run down and our room and bathroom was not clean. The walls in the bathroom need a good cleaning. The toilet seat was broken and the cold water faucet at the sink literally pulled right out. I didn’t dare put my suitcases on the floor. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming.

"Under remodel but decent"

Hotel under a remodel. Hallways are half painted, smell of paint throughout the hotel. Service was ok. Asked for a hair dryer, was told a room service would deliver one, but never did. Our room was remodeled. Room was clean, new, and comfortable. Once the hotel is complete with the remodel, it will be a very nice hotel.

"Clean rooms that are reasonably priced and nice staff."

Clean room, king on 3rd floor. They are remodeling and this seems to be one of the updated rooms. Busy intersection at Brooks and Reserve so a bit noisy at times with traffic. No hair dryer available, even after asking at front desk. Reasonable price for a Griz game weekend. Would stay again.
