Big Sky Inn

There was garbage in the garbage can when we got to room. Pillow cases were dirty and had to ask for clean ones. People above us sounded like they were jumping off the bed til midnight.

There was dark dog hair on the pillows and sheets in the first room. Moved to another room that wasn't a king bed and the bathroom sink in the new room did not drain at all.

It was a convenient location. Quiet. Kitchen & lobby was very clean. Staff helpful. Although the bed was very uncomfortable, it was clean.. no traces of bugs.

My room was dirty. There was shampoo left in tub, fecal matter spot in toilet bowel, coffee left in coffee maker, dirty floor. Doesnt seem like it was cleaned at all. The bed was like sleeping in a piece of plywood. The bed was clean.. no traces of bugs.

Staff friendly. However, we did not like the parking. Since they were renovating the conference center, a large delivery truck parked right behind us and we needed to ask it to be moved to leave the property. First floor had stairs over our room to the second level—noisy.

Bed was comfortable, breakfast selection was nice.

Floor in room turned out feet black. When I asked for a fork at breakfast the staff pointed I said your out and he walked away.

Always stay here. I ask for the 'corporate' room. Not available this time. 3rd floor way in the back. All rooms being remodeled.... so.... the hallway, well, remodeling. Not sure if my room was done, really ready... took a while to figure out the door....semi-hard 'slam'. Air conditioner/ heater inoperable or beyond my ability. Ha!... tp off the roller. Ha! Thats about it. I always stay here. Not a 5 star, but Im not a 5 star person. Ha!

The area of the facility we stayed in is definitely due for an upgrade in the hallway. Room was fine; comfortable bed, good amenities, roomy. Location is at intersection of two major roads. This makes it convenient in one way, but difficult for ingress and egress due to heavy traffic as well.

This place is beiingremodeled. We had to walk through construction.

The organized criminal theft that happened was so brazen, It won't be long before the hotels are as empty as houses. It's a good thing I won't have any more money for them to take since it's so normal that the hassle of getting a refund is more of a burden than losing all that money. Maybe I'll get my room as a squatter once I'm squeezed dry of everything civilized about me.

I didn't like that online I booked one of 2 open rooms only to arrive and be turned away without even a recommendation as to another location, hotel, rest stop, just apologies for not being able to give me back the money that just came out of my account for a room I wasnt going to get to sleep in. Sorry that's bookings issue, we told them an hour ago to take it down, so I don't know what to tell you..... Bookings dodged all attempts to get a refund, the hotel swears they don't touch my money like that matters they got my money. And the people who did sleep there money too! Sounds illegal.
