"El Hotel no fue lo que esperaba de acuerdo a lo que pagamos"

La ubicación es excelente y el desayuno muy bueno. Sin embargo, hubo varios aspectos que no estuvieron a la altura de lo esperado para una estadía de más de USD 500 por noche. En la descripción de la habitación figuraba que contaba con frigobar, pero al llegar comprobamos que no tenía. Además, el secador de pelo era de muy baja calidad, algo que considero importante durante una estadía. Lo que más nos molestó fue que durante nuestra visita se estaban realizando trabajos de mantenimiento. Para ingresar y salir de la habitación era necesario atravesar una zona en obra, con las molestias e incomodidades que eso implica. Los trabajos comenzaban muy temprano por la mañana y, sinceramente, no nos pareció adecuado que esta situación no hubiera sido informada previamente. Tampoco resultaba agradable tener que preocuparnos por ensuciar o manchar la ropa cada vez que entrábamos o salíamos de la habitación. En conjunto, la experiencia no estuvo a la altura del precio abonado.
