The Runnymede on Thames Hotel and Spa

Just love this hotel. Yes there was building work going on but it was managed well. Great food, good service and lovely new room. Enjoy the view of the river and walks either side. Excellent location for Heathrow too

Our room was a bit small and only a double rather than king bed but it well appointed and they made good use of the space. It had been freshly refurbished including a new balcony was perfect for relaxing with views of the river. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We were lucky with the weather so enjoyed the outdoor pool.

Great hotel and facilities however undergoing extensive extensions and modifications do some inconvenience. Amazing buffet.

Lovely relaxing stay great location brilliant facilities and staff very friendly and helpful would and will stay again , especially when the renovations have finished . The current work did not effect our break in anyway just don’t look as nice in some area as im sure it would of normally

Excellent swift check-in. They had arranged a surprise complimentary room upgrade as it was my husband’s birthday and the room was just lovely. Happy birthday card & fresh cookie for him in our room. Delicious breakfasts. Staff were excellent - polite, efficient, went above and beyond. Had such a wonderful stay. The setting on the river and the outdoor pool were the icing on the (birthday) cake!
