Bathroom tub could use some form of non- slip surface or matt. I’m disabled and was concerned about slipping and falling.

easy check-in, room was clean, and the breakfast had a decent amount of options (bagels, yogurt, waffle maker, etc.). the shuttle to the airport was quick and easy.

I found my bed to be a little uncomfortable, but not unbearable

They are very clean and staffs very friendly.

It is was the weather hot day but the air conditioner not toward by the bed . But over all was good.

Good location, easy parking and clean.

Staff not friendly. Was issued the wrong key and room number. Checked in at 3am , went into my room only to find there were two people asleep in the room. No apology whatsoever from staff at check-in counter.

I like that you held our luggage while we traveled downtown.

Our room was too small, too warm, and too noisy.

1st room was definitely subpar Broken TV bath tub was far from clean 2nd room was completely updated bathroom was still not as clean as I expected Thankfully I never planned to spend the night I did hear another guest return to the registration office for a second room request after seeing there a sign first room assignment
