The shuttle drivers were very nice, helpful and friendly.

The room was in a separate building upstairs. It was VERY dirty, blood on the wall in the bathroom, dirty footprints, dirt all over the walls and a huge stain on the bedsheets. The breakfast was bagel or waffle.

Staff is always accommodating and friendly.

No guest Laundry in the main building but no stress about it. Sometimes random vehicles hang out in the parking lot who are not paying clients.
