Only thing we liked was the location.

The location of our room was ridiculous. We had to go up the elevator down a hall, out a door to a walkway that just went on and on, down two flights of stairs and finally came to our room. We opened the door and it smelled like sewage. Immediately called the front desk and they put us in a room two doors down. The room was so small. One outlet in the room to plug in all our devices. The bathroom hooks were falling out of the wall. Thank goodness the bed was clean and comfortable. But that was the only good thing about the room we liked. Breakfast was bleak. The poor front desk girl was in charge of phones and breakfast. The tables were dirty and the supplies were running out or low. It was disappointing.

The hotel is really close to the airport, the breakfast was tasty and the room is quite good for the price. I personally recommend it for one quick night when you have a late arrival, or early departure.

Overall amenities are old, we actually had a room improvement due the initial room assigned to us had a broken door knob, but the personnel were very helpful and improved our room immediately.

Terrible. This hotel deceives its guests when offering availability on the Booking.com platform. Yesterday, when my family and I arrived in Anchorage at approximately 9:45 PM in -18°F weather, our reservation had been canceled, with the explanation that my credit card had been declined. However, the reservation on my Booking.com app was still active, and there was no message or communication from the hotel or Booking.com. When I told the receptionist, who was very rude and aggressive, that the hotel manager had instructed her to cancel the reservation and that she couldn't do anything since the responsibility was ours, not theirs. I showed her my still-active Booking.com reservation, but she told me they had no rooms left and the only alternative she offered was a suite for over $1,000 USD per night. I told her it was outrageous and that they were deceiving their customers. After that, with no other option, I called Booking.com, where a very kind assistant, Ana, answered and confirmed that my reservation was still active, with no further communication from the hotel or Booking.com. Regarding the cancellation, she tried several times to contact the hotel, but they didn't answer her calls. Finally, Booking.com, through Ana, resolved my problem by helping me book another hotel urgently. Avoid using this hotel because it seems to be their custom to deceive their customers during periods of high demand. It was clear they have instructed their staff to act this way in these situations.

The front desk hostess was super friendly and helpful. The price was very affordable.

We got the room in the older building, and the heat was not working properly. The staff got a space heater but we didn't want to keep it on while sleeping, so it got cold during the nights.

Loved the spa tub. Very nice room for the price. Everything seemed clean and the staff were very polite.

The sofa bed in my room was broken. The continental breakfast was lacking in variety. There were no muffins/pastries. It was toast, bagel, cereal and waffles. There was only fruit my first morning. I'm not expecting a lot from a continental breakfast but this was one of the skimpiest ones I've ever seen.
