The staff were very polite!! The pool was was warm and the rooms were clean (aside from some marks on the lamps, but it’s whatever.) The beds were super comfortable. Would recommend.

The room had stains on the bed frame and the AC was not working properly so our room was extremely hot. Went to the hot tub and the water was like warm and the jets were broken and the water was dirty. Felt like I was sitting in bath water.

hotel is nice but you can tell they are short housekeepers as the floors in the common areas really needed a good vacuuming. breakfast was great!

Disappointed with our stay. Ants all over room and bathroom but we were told no other rooms to change into. Pool area always out of towels and hot tub was dirty. Breakfast was okay. Hotel in need of an update and more staffing.

We've stayed at this hotel numerous times over the last 20 years and are sad to see the cleanliness go downhill. Our room had a terrible odor coming from the air handler and possibly the stained carpet as well. We were able to turn it off and open the window for the night which helped. The bathroom floor was gross and not clean. There was a trickle of water from the shower with barely any water pressure. We won't stay here again.
