Very helpful staff!! Had a couple requests and front desk manager was happy to help!! Breakfast coordinator did a great job keeping food ready and area tidy. Thank you!! If I am in the area i will stay again and take advantage again of their very nice heated pool and hot tub.

It took 45 minutes to check in and I was the only one. The fan in bathroom was extremely loud. The lamp was missing a light bulb. The remote did not work. The furniture and carpet were filthy with spots everywhere. Breakfast was very limited and there seemed to never be coffee available. Limited seating. Had to ask daily for fresh towels.

The room wasn't very clean. There seem to be some a dog or something previously in this room as my allergies kicked in and couldn't breathe very well. The pool was also not warm.

Decent hotel. Pool pump was broke so the kids couldn’t swim and the elevator was broken. Staff was very friendly.

Front desk staff , house keepers & breakfast person so very friendly everything was kept full as far as breakfast. Beds were comfortable. I got a great night sleep after a long day at Adventure Land. We will definitely be back.
