We had to clean extra when we left because it was a bit dirty and we didn’t want to get charged for leaving it dirty. For instance the lamps was really dirty, the vase in the shelf etc. we had to clean it all because of a lot of dust. As well the curtains was molded. However, we loved the location and the interior was nice. So the potential was definitely there.

No experience. There is no hairdryer, they don’t reply the message on bookings. They even missed our booking and we have to wait for an hour after we arrive for them to tidy up the room. But it is not clean, the dishes are so dirty. I have request for the sponge to clean the dishes and they say they will ask the supervisor and put it in our room. But I have wait for a whole day, till we check out, I still cannot receive it.

The location was very nice.

Unfortunately, our stay was far from what we expected. The place was not clean upon arrival—clearly not properly cleaned between guests. To make matters worse, the host left a long list of cleaning tasks for us to complete before check-out, including vacuuming the floors, cleaning the bathroom, stripping all the bed linens and leaving them in a basket—failing to do so would supposedly result in a €60 charge. Essentially, it felt like they only come in to change the sheets, which was obvious given the state of the property. This is completely unacceptable, especially since none of these requirements were mentioned in the booking details. If they had been, we never would’ve booked this property. We left the house in a tidy condition, as we always do—but of course we did not carry out a full clean. I contacted customer support, and they confirmed that since this information wasn’t included in the listing, we were not obligated to clean the house and should not be charged any extra fees. While the location itself was lovely, the overall experience was disappointing. The management seriously needs to improve both the cleanliness and comfort of the property, as well as be more transparent about their expectations.

To be in the middle of nothing and being able to see the northern lights from the windows was priceless. It was really nice and sufficiently cozy also for four people.

All the cleaning is guests’ duty and in fact it wasn’t very clean, specially the kitchenware. Probably we left it better than it was when we arrived. Maybe they ask a little too much of it, the cleaning instructions in the house say to do practically everything, leaving to the host only to empty the laundry basket. We had the time so it wasn’t a big issue but if you’re leaving early, having to clean literally everything could be annoying. The price does not justify this, other hosts charge the same or less and don’t ask so much.

Really cozy cabin located in a stunning valley with all round great views. The cottage was well equipped and easy to access.

For the price we didn’t expect to have to go through the laundry process on our exit from the property. But aside from that all good.
