Domek jest bardzo ładny, duże przestronne okna, ładny widok.

Po dokonaniu rezerwacji domku nie otrzymaliśmy żadnych informacji od właściciela dotyczących procesu zameldowania. W dniu przyjazdu skontaktowałam się z nim i dowiedziałam, że możemy przyjechać dopiero o godzinie 18:00 lub później, mimo że standardowy czas zameldowania zaczynał się od 16:00. Personel nie wykazał się uprzedzeniem. Tego dnia padał intensywny deszcz, więc przyjechaliśmy około 16:00 pod domek i czekaliśmy na jakiekolwiek wskazówki dotyczące zameldowania. Po uzyskaniu dostępu do domku otrzymaliśmy od właściciela listę obowiązków, w tym: pościelenie i późniejsze zdjęcie pościeli, wyniesienie śmieci, odkurzenie i umycie podłóg, umycie półek i innych powierzchni. Byliśmy w domku tylko na jedną noc. Za niedopełnienie tych obowiązków groziła kara w wysokości 60 euro jako opłata za sprzątanie. Co więcej, zastaliśmy domek w złym stanie: na podłodze leżały kawałki chipsów, na wypranej pościeli były włosy, szuflady i prysznic były brudne. Nie widzę powodu, dla którego płacąc za nocleg, mielibyśmy sprzątać po poprzednich gościach. Szkoda, że właściciel postępuje w ten sposób. Gdybyśmy od razu otrzymali instrukcje dotyczące zameldowania i nie zostali obciążeni listą obowiązków, nasz pobyt byłby znacznie przyjemniejszy, a ocena zdecydowanie wyższa.

Great view and ambient atmosphere. Very warm heating. Big bathroom.

Sofa bed is very narrow. TV also has territorial signal, not smart functions like Netflix. Kitchenware is a bit worn out.

The heaters worked well, the shower was good. The water was hot

The clean up wasn't mentioned in the listing. There were not enough rags for cleaning. The instructions were rigorous and made cleanup difficult. And while the lack of lights make for great viewing. There was no clear path to finding the cabin in the dark when we arrived. Same goes for when we left in the morning. Having to take the trash with us as we left was very inconvenient as it was next to impossible to find in the dark so we had to take our trash with us in the car. There was no accessible online help. There was a phone number provided, but as foreigners. We had no way of contacting them by email or other means. All in all. It's not a bad place to stay. But know what you're signing up for. It's a CAMPING location

L'alloggio è molto carino, situato in un posto veramente scenografico sotto delle montagne nere e in mezzo a delle paludi. Vale la pena dormirci solo per la posizione. La casa di per se è ok, ci si dorme in 4 senza problemi e ha tutto ciò che serve come appoggio per cucinarsi qualcosa e dormire.

All'arrivo troverete un cartello con scritto che le pulizie non sono incluse, con le istruzioni per pulire la casa altrimenti verranno addebitati 60 euro. Condivido l'incentivo nel tenere in ordine e pulita la casa, ma non mi è piaciuto il modo. Mi hanno addebitato anche il pagamento in corone islandesi con 10 euro di maggiorazione senza motivo, nonostante il prezzo fosse bloccato in euro.

Great stay

House was perfect size for what we needed. If weather had been better it would be an amazing location for northern lights spotting!

Die Unterkunft wird NICHT wie bei Expedia angegeben professionell gereinigt! Gäste müssen ihre Betten bei Anreise selbst beziehen und die Hütten bei Abreise selbst putzen. Dafür ist der Unterkunftspreis unverschämt. Check-In: Wir haben zwei Tage vor Anreise gebucht, aber nie einen Code für den Check-In oder auch nur die Nummer der Hütte (es gibt drei identische Hütten) erhalten. Nachdem wir am Anreisetag um 17.00 Uhr (Check-In ab 16 Uhr) die Vermieterin anriefen und uns gesagt wurde, dass sie uns noch gar nicht eingebucht hat, bekamen wir gegen 17.30 Uhr den Türcode per E-Mail. Sehr unprofessionell. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen.
