Stayed here for 2 nights with a Travelzoo deal. The hotel and our Executive room was lovely. Service was excellent throughout the hotel. We really enjoyed our inclusive dinner on the first night and felt the food was beautifully presented and of good quality. The only downside of our stay was the wet and windy weather! Definitely would recommend a stay here

The bar staff were friendly. Grounds were lovely. Room ok, but not great compared to others we’ve stayed in. They also took £50 extra for each day we were staying, not just taking the card details but taking the full amount from the bank on top of the cost of the stay. We reported a fault with the toilet, it wasn’t fixed when we were there despite being told it would be when we were out and being repeated to reception on the days we stayed. Not only have they not returned the ‘holding fee’ they deducted, they’re trying to charge more for a toilet that wasn’t working properly before we got there.

Lovely room, very comfortable king bed, pretty grounds with places to sit. The back area looks out over the river. Plenty of dining options, pubs etc close at hand. Highly recommended

Liked: cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities We were lucky enough to hold our wedding at The Oatlands Park Hotel. We had a celebratory meal in the Garden Room. We also stayed in the Superior Deluxe Room. It was a very hot day, fortunately the hotel has air conditioning which was wonderful. The room was very clean and a very comfortable bed. The food for the wedding meal was delicious. We can’t fault the staff. They are extremely helpful and friendly. We would like to say a very special thank you to Lorna from the Events team Matthew and Mikey. We are so happy we booked Oatlands Park Hotel to celebrate our special day and would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you Debbie and Alan
