When we checked in on Sep 2, the staff on the front was nice and helpful. When we checked out on Sep 3, those 2 were not sincere and didn’t care when we told them about our problems.

The warm water wasn’t enough for us taking showers, we were a group of 3 people. The warm water stopped in the middle when 2nd person taking shower. Also, the cooking stove is too outdated, it took hours to heat up the water when we cooked.
