"Не плохой отель с лежаками- пляжный отдых"

Хилтон один из лучших на Санье но не соответствует 5 ти заездам , это 4 -. Не глубокие бассейны . Не понимаю проблему лежаков, почему отели не купят лежаков так чтобы их хватило и на гостей из соседних отелей. В чем сложность с полотенцами и лежаками в китае( они бесплатные у китае, просто поставьте их)

Боле менее современное все и удобные кровати в отличие от других отелей острова. На острове 4/5 звезд не соответствует привычному уровню. Как правило это 3 ки. Хилтон самый приличный.

Лучшая территория в бухте Ялонг бэй. Гуляли по всем ближайшим отелям. Рускоговорящий менеджер Мария помогла при заселении и интересовалась как у нас дела в течение отдыха, что приятно. Завтрак вкусный, разнообразный.

Мало лежаков на пляже! После 8 не найдёте даже стульев! Лучше бы были лежаки вместо них, неудобно же. Уважаемый отель, разместите больше лежаков на пляже. Гостям приходится вставать в 6-7 утра (на отдыхе!) чтобы успеть позавтракать и занять лежак на день. В отеле скучновато. Нет никакой музыки, даже какой-то нейтральной у бассейна.

"Nice beach, nice pools. Overall ok. But don’t have high expectations for rooms."

Public area was good. People at the concierge desk were friendly.

The room smells damp. Facilities in the room look old. The first room we were allocated to smelt so bad we had to be changed to a different room. Staff on the beach are not very attentive. Staff at ritz Carlton next door were much more attentive in comparison and made their guests felt welcome.

Отель ужасен за те деньги которые платишь. Развод сходу, требуют депозит. С 10 тыс юаней депозита до 3 тыс дошли за 2 минуты. Инфраструктура хорошая, но используется отвратительно. Завтрак полный провал. 1 креветку на человека дают, рыбы нет совсем. На берегу океана на минуточку. Говядины нет, если не считать пирог раз в 3 дня наперченый так, что есть невозможно. Ужин на песке подают, столы и стулья прикрыты тряпками, потому что они ужасны. Туалеты в лобби как на вокзале, разве что не дурка в полу. Отель полное днище на данный момент, менеджмент явно не дорабатывает, деньги выкачивают, услуги не адекватные. Это в Китае, где народ трудолюбивый, аскетичный, товары дешёвые, ресурсов много. Разочарование.
