1.Персонал. Его ооочень много, стоит только подумать о чем-то сразу появляется сотрудник и если он не говорит по английский, то обязательно имеет на руках аудио переводчик. У нас была накладка во время заселения, но нам сделали крутой апгрейд номера, очень быстро и квалифицированно!На бассейне 5 спасателей! Они даже там где воды по колено, первый раз вижу такое. 2. Территория. Она просто потрясающая, зеленая, ухоженная, много подсветки, фотолокации, фонтаны, бассейн с мальдивским песком, инсталяции 3. Детские развлечения. В номере была детская комната с игровой зоной и детским туалетом, даже косметика детская была, на первом этаже игровая, на улице площадка, каждый час программы для детей, детский бассейн, развлечений масса, но все сделано так, что детей я не видела и не слышала, все удалено от взрослых мест 4. Хороши завтрак, 70% китайской еды остальное европейская, но если разобраться в китайской много всего на наш вкус 5. Отличный пляж, но он одинаковый по всей линии у каждого отеля 6. Есть китайский ресторан на территории, с отличной кухней и морской ресторан, но мы туда не попали, в пешей доступности есть рынок на котором спокойно можно поесть, там вкусно и чисто Мы жили в соседних на букву ш и м поэтому есть с чем сравнить

Такого не было, но если уж сильно придираться 1. На лежаках не хватает мягкой подстилки, они из ротанга и ты постоянно сползаешь 2. Отель не новый конечно есть в номере какие-то эксплуатационные потертости, но все остальные плюсы затмевают 3. Можно было бы добавить разнообразия в европейское меню

"Great hotel for a family vacation"

Very nice beach section as yalong bay has excellent sand without any stones. Very nice hotel and spacious rooms such that it is perfect for families and I felt like we got a good value for the money we paid. Food prices ces were fair I have to say.

Not much to complain about but I would give the criterion cleanliness an 8 out of 10. And the walls are very thin such that you can always hear a lot of sounds from other hotel rooms.
