Thanks Gisele Gao/Yuyao Gao for a warm trip ,especially the free upgrade. 1-Execellent position, It's very close to The Sea about 5minutes walking 2-Excellent Children's playground,Children's special service,Children's equipment for my child 3-Warm service for diamond members, free upgrade to King Deluxe Ocean View Room from Gisele Gao/Yuyao Gao, free breakfast, free Afternoon tea 4- Seaview from Building 5 is amazing If you have a child and want to have a relax in Sanya Bay.Hilton Yalong will be a good choice.

Sanya, und vorallem dieser Stand ist echt sehr schön. Das Hotel ist direkt am Strand und hat kostenlose Liegen mit großen Schirmen. Die Hotelzimmer sind großzügig. Buffet ist groß und viele Restaurants. Guter Eindruck

There are many activities for the children, but not much for adults. Since there is not much to do in the immediate area, something for the adults would be nice. No coffee in the room.

We went on vacation for 14 days to Hainan. We booked a week at the Rirz and second week in this hotel. The only reason we booked this hotel is because they present them selves as a family hotel with child friendly facilities. When we arrived we were given s room with steps in the room they made me sign a waiver that there after step s and of my child falls is not their problem. How is that child friendly???? Then we go to the pool. There are steps all over. Ours child is still in the baby carriage, every 30 feet wet have to pick up the carriage over the steps. Not child friendly at all. Hotel is old not as clean as you expect the Hilton to be. Hotel was prepaid. I went to the manager told him we were very unhappy They were nice to refund the whole amount. We moved to the next door ST Regis hotel which was less expensive but very nice

Too many stairs without ramps. So we have to carry our stroller all the time…😞

Cleaning lady made an outstanding job in the room

breakfast too crowded and missed fresh juice. The see view of the room was not what we expected as “see view”.

•We had to request a room with sea view as was booked •No weastern restaurang •We had a deposit of luggage at depafture and asked them for a taxi 3.10 pm. No taxi was arranged 'because it was so many taxi waiting'. We were 30 monutes delayed •The offered Enhlish tea was for two persons we were three
