Not much really

You can tell its now just a hotel to make money. The room was pretty good but the halls and common area don't look like they have been cleaned since last year. Have stayed at this location many times. This was the last time.

"Good hotel that needs serious updating"

Service and breakfast were good. I enjoy having the separate room of the suite, but the whole room needs updating(grout is cracked and breaking, kitchen cabinets and baseboard are very worn). When we arrived, the toilet was broken but the hotel quickly fixed it.

"Sorry"

We always stay at your hotel when we come to Wichita Falls Tx. This was a disaster Friday morning asked for a sheet change, that did happen after two requests. They did come & changed sheets. They did not even give us new towels, they also failed to empty garbage. Room was not cleaned. We love your hotel, but you failed us on this trip. Also realized we left one of pillows , i hope you can save it for us.

We are traveling across USA this was a great place to stop, plenty of room, parking was easy and had a good size pool. Nice lake to walk around, very safe area. Breakfast was a bonus!!! Staff are friendly.
