GBIt was close to everything.
It wasn’t very clean. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was awful, the water was barely even warm!! In the morning we’d come all the way down from upstairs to find the door leading out of the stairwell was locked! Had to go all the way back up and find another route, told the man on the front desk that that was a fire hazard and very dangerous, his reply was- I was watching you on the cameras!!!! Shocking!!!!
ITMy go to spot before taking the ferry, really nice position both to the ferry and to a beatiful view of the sea. Staff was welcoming and parking it’s a nice plus.
GBRooms and corridors looked as if they were last cleaned in 2004 Breakfast was horrible (leftover spreads, cheapest ham and bread ever, no yoghurt, not even a slice of tomato or cucumber, lack of eggs in any form)
GBThe hotel wasn't safe. On the first day, a drunk man entered the hotel from outside and started shouting and swearing. My son was terrified. The police weren't called, and they didn't even apologize; they just laughed and said it was England. On the second night, there was a party right below our room, and there was a terrible noise and shaking in the room until one in the morning. We only went to the hotel to sleep; we were out all day but couldn't sleep at all. It was a nightmare.

I did not like anything at all, it’s old, very dirty, the toilet wasn’t working, no pressure in the shower, smelly, disgusting.

DEDie Dame welche sich um das "Frühstücksbüffet" kümmerte, war sehr aufmerksam und hat zügig für frischen Kaffee gesorgt und das sehr überschaubare Angebot schnell wieder aufgefüllt.
Der gesamte Zustand lässt Böses für die Hotelzukunft fürchten. Klebrige Türen und Handläufe. Eine Dusche, bei der man Mühe hatte nass zu werden. Eine sehr rutschige Badewanne. . .
GBWe didn't stay in the room of the hotel . Went we check in the room is small for a family. The corridor are so tiny. Very noisy as there is party on the other side of the hotel . When ask the reception he says that at 11pm party finish. We need to look for a new hotel as we feel not comfortable and safe. We book for a room with sea view but we are at the ground floor which you can not even see any view. Its just a waste of money as we can not refund it. Anyway as long as the family is safe we didn't stay in the hotel look for a new hotel . Old hotel not for family .
