GBEasy parking, staff nice, and continental breakfast was fine, bathroom was clean.
Room was very worn, could have done with a good vacuum. Bed was very uncomfortable, mattress done. Windows seemed to be painted shut, as these couldn't be opened. Furniture falling apart. Internet did not work, therefore the television did not work, as it worked via Internet!!!. I asked reception to come and help, give him his due, he did try, his phone worked, but nothing else did. It was left as that. You could also hear almost every word from the next room.

GBLocation was good, bar facilities.
Black mould in shower room. The room needed deep cleaning. Flush toilet noisy to refill and took ten mins to fill. Loose floorboards and floorboard noise from above. Poor wiFi cover , TV kept on falling out of wifi signal and not being able to watch Chanels. Need ti improve wifi cover. Not much help from management. Paid breakfast had no cooked part just cold counter.

ALThe location and the view were absolutely amazing, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very polite, friendly, and always quick to respond whenever we needed assistance. One thing we really appreciated was the free parking provided by the hotel, which was extremely convenient and added great value to our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. We would be happy to return in the future!
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The location and the views were excellent, and the staff were always polite, helpful, and responsive. We also appreciated the free parking provided by the hotel, which made our stay much more convenient. The only thing I didn't particularly like was that the building felt quite old and could benefit from some renovation and modernization. While everything was functional, updating certain areas would greatly improve the overall guest experience. Despite this, the service and location made for an enjoyable stay.

The night porter was rude and berated us for coming back late saying “what time do you call this”!!! Like he’s was a parent. Then he would let us into our room because the hotel made a mistake and only put 1 person per room instead of 3 per room which is what I had booked. And then as if all of that wasn’t bad enough I received a £100 parking ticket because they forgot to register our car!!!!
