The smell, the room. Staff weren't friendly. Toilet didn't flush. Tap was broken. Shower screen came off. Spider in the room. Stuffed in the attic, window didn't open. No curtain. Musty smell. Drawers broken. Shower is actually in the bedroom meaning if you use it the whole room is now steamy and damp. Many stains on the floor. Bed perfectly positioned so when you sleep you can see the endless cobwebs and dead bugs that reside on the floor behind the wardrobe..... Not very relaxing. GBGBI've always been a happy customer who returns again and again and always choose your hotel . But my last trip was worse I've ever had. I've spoken privately to managers about the issue ihad with my room .
For the first time ever ... and I've stay many and always loved the hotel and view of sea from my room ... but this time I had a sleepless night due to itching ???
