El hotel está muy anticuado por dentro y las instalaciones se encuentran bastante deterioradas. Se nota claramente que no han recibido mantenimiento en mucho tiempo. El cuarto donde nos hospedamos estaba en malas condiciones y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba; nunca logró enfriar durante toda la estancia, lo cual fue muy incómodo. En general, muchas áreas del hotel se ven viejas, dañadas y descuidadas. Da la impresión de que el lugar necesita una remodelación urgente, ya que las condiciones no corresponden con lo que uno espera al pagar por una habitación. Además de todo esto, el precio es demasiado alto para lo que realmente ofrecen. Honestamente, es muy caro y no vale lo que cuesta. Por la calidad de las instalaciones y el estado del hotel, no considero que la relación calidad-precio sea justa

Excelente ubicacion e instalaciones, la infraestructura del hotel esta desaprovechada por falta de mantenimiento, es una lastima.

La habitacion que nos asignaron no contaba con telefono, fallaban las luces y el Aire Acondicionado no enfriaba, nuestra estancia fue de 2 noches, se solicito a personal revisaran el Aire Acondicionado al salir en la mañana, regresamos en la noche y el clima de la habitacion estaba exactamente igual, se pregunta a personal en turno e informa que los compañeros del turno de la mañana no le avisaron ni dejaron pendiente nada, a las 11:00 PM nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitacion. Es una lastima que no tengan personal comprometido con la atencion al huesped de acuerdo a la categoria del hotel. Ojala y tengan en consideracion mis comentarios y se preocupen por mantener adecuadamente las instalaciones
