A quick trip with family to escape the cold. Love this hotel, especially next to a Starbucks.

I went for my US visa appointment, the hotel is just a walking distance to the consulate. Location is good if you are going for the US visa run.

The room rate is too expensive for the property that is quiet rundown already. Bit creepy from the lobby to the hallway and elevator. Restaurant is closed. ;(

I recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. The hotel feels outdated and lacks cleanliness, particularly in the rooms, which seem overdue for remodeling. Despite the hotel being half empty during our stay, we were made to wait until 3 PM to check in, which felt unnecessary. Additionally, the elevators were malfunctioning during our visit, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, I don’t think I would return to this hotel unless significant updates are made. The one redeeming factor was the breakfast at the on-site restaurant, which was enjoyable. However, the overall experience left much to be desired.
