Quiet on the 10th floor. The restaurant and restaurant staff were attentive.

The bathrooms were incredibly dirty. Hair lying everywhere. The shower faucet had a steady drip.

The first room they gave us did not have AC. They ended up placing us in a different room after we called.

I didn't stay at hotel due to condition of the hotel. I canceled and they refused and charged me two stayed.

The location, nothing else.

Rented a Junior Suite, jacuzzi was dirty. It did not have a plug, AC to the room was blowing hot air even at the lowest temperature. I was sweating and starting to get very frustrated since it was HOT outside. The refrigerator stopped working 1 hour after I checked in all my snacks and food went bad. When I asked for another suite I was told none were available. The parking garage was completely empty, how can they NOT have any others available. Literally NO one in the hotel nor parked in the underground garage. Save your money go stay elsewhere.

Furniture and TV is old. Although bed was comfortable . AC was very weak. Hot water never came in. This place had great potential if they renovate the rooms.
