Comfort Inn & Suites IAH Bush Airport – East

Exercise equipment was missing weights and stationary bike did not work. Poor customer service from front desk. Pool had dirt and pine needles in water.

Problem with low water pressure. One nonfunctional lamp and one problem recepticle. Nothing that would be terrible, just a little less than expected.

Property was a little run down, but fine for a night to be close to the airport.

It was more of a convenience then a nice stay for a weekend

Both of my rooms were roach infested , with dirty carpet stains what a disaster. The only thing clean is the front desk. They refuse to refund or acknowledge their horrible property. Please run from this hole in the wall!!!!!!!!!! I was there on vacation

Our vehicle was broken into at your hotel, the night before our flight out of IAH.

Everything was great! Just 1st day there was a sorry in the bathroom, and 1 Roach in the living area, nothing that couldn't be handle. The breakfast was 5/10 cause it was the same everyday nothing changed lol but didn't bother us Overall good stay

The staff is good but the hotel has issues way above the pay level of the staff to solve.

I checked into the hotel with a surly desk clerk. I asked what time breakfast was in the morning and she said, "We don't have breakfast." I said, "The sign on the wall behind you says Free Breakfast and your advertising on Expedia says Free Breakfast, so why is there no breakfast?" She said, "We used to have one but no longer." I replied, "So your advertising and signage is lying then." Suffice it to say, I was NOT HAPPY. She told me I could check out if I wanted and I said, "Okay, how do I get my money back because the room is prepaid?" To which she replied I would have to talk to her manager on Monday. I was very tired, because I had gotten up at 3:00 AM to catch the first of two flights to get to Houston, so I just went to my room. The next day I checked out and went to the Best Western, which was about 200 yards from this hotel and had a breakfast included in the room rate.

Awful customer service at checkout. Clear water damage on the ceiling in the room. Not even worth the one night I had to stay between flights. Choose somewhere else.
