Conrad Indianapolis

The staff was very friendly and the hotel room was amazing.

Quiet, convenient hotel with lots of great restaurant options in walking distance.

This property does not feel like a Conrad. The lobby is great but the rooms are poor. They are clean but really dated and few outlets for charging. It is really disappointing given the cost. Secondly, while we have many dining options the area is surrounded by so many homeless and shady looking people hanging outside. It doesn’t feel safe.

The housekeeping staff was great and the room was very clean and I appreciate the attention to detail!

Had called a day prior to confirm and request specific room and feather free. When trying to check-in at 3pm, was told that specific room was not assigned to us and we had to wait for it to be de-feathered. Was given a credit, but it was confusing because the amount was the same as the incidentals amount and I didn't use them. Was told the credit would be added to my Hilton Rewards account and waiting for that to post. There was a damp spot on the carpet that might have been condensation as it was right under the air grate. Other than that, overall good stay.

One of the worst hotel experiences. A/C doesn’t have the option to stay on. Family and dog were baking all night. No smart tv. Old, old, old room. Gross carpet. Front desk lady was incompetent. Valet and bell hop were great. Would never return. Should not have Conrad name attached to this.

Everything was beautiful, especially the bathroom! I adore the shower doors & no shower curtain!!! The service was excellent & the food was amazing!

Conrad, Indianapolis, this place is the best. The staff are the best part the opulence pales to their hospitality, fantastic food, great accommodations, and you leave better than you came.

Very comfortable bed, immaculate room, loved the shower pressure. Sauna, hot tub, and steam room were very nice (included with guest stay). Valet parking was very convenient. Exceptional staff! The best hotel I've stayed at in the Midwest area! We will absolutely be back! Highly recommend 10/10

The only issue we had was the Hilton app digital key wouldn't unlock the pool door, but the staff came up to open the door and gave a manual room key, extra water, and chocolates for the inconvenience. Amazing service!
