The first night I couldn't sleep because people were partying near the pool and then it turned out to be a big fight 😔

Mir fehlen die Worte zu der Art des Personals und zu der Sauberkeit und dem was versprochen wird auf der Webseite und tatsächlich der Fall ist. Sehen mich und meinen Bruder nie wieder. Über die die nicht sauberen Badetücher, Zimmer und fliegen sowie das schmutzige und abgenutzte Möbiliar könnte man ggf. Noch drüber weg sehen. Room Service gibt es auch keinen, wenn die 2 Badetücher für 2 Personen 10 Tage benutzt werden interessiert es nicht, wlan wird versprochen geht aber nur im Eg bei der Rezeption sonst nirgends. Interessiert auch nicht im geringsten, wenn man sich beschwert soll man auschecken aber Geld wird nicht zurück erstattet. Laundry für Gäste defekt aber dass es repariert wird kommt niemanden in den Sinn oder das vielleicht die Waschmaschine usw vom housekeeping zur Verfügung gestellt werden würde was auf der anderen Seite des Gebäudes ist auch nicht. Unmöglich!

The location was close to the hospital.

The noise of partying all night, the constant odour of cigarettes in and around our room was endless and strong and a body wash and cloth would've at least sufficed for the price value. My main concern was the cockroaches, especially little ones. They were everywhere (Bathroom drains, beds, tables and floors).

I liked that it was close to the town centre however that proved to be a bad thing.

Unhygienic, outdated, drug paraphernalia etc YUCK. The young lady at reception seemed almost immune to the jungle life happening around her and the riff raff locals and the nastiness they cause.

Air conditioner did not work. Mattress was very lumpy with springs very noisy. No lift so carrying luggage up 3 flights no fun for an old guy.
