If you expect to arrive after 20:00, please contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Free on-site parking is available and can accommodate large vehicles including trucks and busses. Please note that there is a 1.8% charge when you pay with an American Express. If a credit card is not present on check in, a $100 cash deposit is required. Please also note, our Reception scheduled hours are as follows: Monday - Friday: 8am-5pm, Saturday - Sunday: 9am - 3pm. Please note hours may vary, should you be arriving after the hours listed, please contact reception prior or alternatively should you not reach us in time, there is a phone located on the front of the reception doors which will automatically connect you to our external reservations team whom will gather the required booking information, who will then also provide you with the code to the safe located to the right of the reception doors which will have an envelope under the bookers name, along with a key and instructions on how to locate the rooms.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
