Nada me gustó fue una pésima experiencia

Me asignaron una habitación más económica de la que había pagado el personal siempre fue muy grosero hubo una muy mala experiencia

The hotel is on a quiet area on the outskirts of Benidorm, if you want to go to the markets or The Strip then it’s 10 minutes in a taxi or there is a good bus service. Having said it’s a quiet area there are plenty of restaurants and shops locally. We found the hotel to be spotless and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast but the choice was good, there were cereals, yogurts, continental meats as well as typical English breakfast. The pools were as a tad chilly but there ws plenty of space around both pools with chairs and loungers some of which were in shaded areas. The bar prices were very reasonable we paid €3.50 for a pint of amstral and snacks were also available. We don’t have kids but the ‘kids club’ was on all day with staff leading games for those interested. There is entertainment each night usually a singer and a mini disco every night until 9:30. One useful piece of knowledge is that you can hire a towel for round the pool for €3 plus a refundable deposit of €12 worth knowing especially if fly with Ryan-no luggage-Air We enjoyed a quiet 4 days and would return

Absolutely impossible to obtain an email address for this organisation to discuss issues i had regarding my room needs/request during my visit May 2026, despite trying to organise beforehand (same issue as 2025), trying to ensure this never happens again- but despite all efforts via email/website/socials - no-one ever responds

The room was very comfortable. View is great from the newer tower. We were at floor 17.

Maintenance of the common restrooms during the busiest hours, squeaky doors and hotel feels old and run down. It’s obvious. Elevators are very slow. Going up to the sky bar is a major disappointment and it costs 18EUR per person even though you are a hotel guest. Parking is not free and very expensive. Better to park on the street. Checking in is very slow and staff feel’s untrained and rude. They ask you for your physical credit card on checking which is not legal according to the EU GDPR privacy law.
