We didn’t up staying here as once we had booked we received a email from them stating that we had to call them asap with our booking details and our credit card information or we wouldn’t have a booking, called them and stated that we didn’t have a credit card and they told us we would have to come down asap which we couldn’t in order to pay a deposit as our booking wouldn’t be finalised until then. Got in contact with Expedia support who kindly called up on our behalf and got us a refund which I appreciate but besides that I think it’s poor service, not everyone has a credit card and not everyone can get down there asap to confirm their booking, this is how you lose customers.

We didn't get a chance to eat unfortunately because we all had a lovely sleep in

The only issue I had (and this is being picky because I had the kids with me) was the shower it was very hard to balance the hot and cold, once the cold tap was turned the whole shower would freezing then it would be extremely hot. Again it is a lovely old building and I absolutely LOVED that about it, the furniture the small details made it feel like we where home My two boys (5 and 9) didn't want to leave

Gorgeous room interior with friendly customer service. Felt comfortable and welcomed. Rob and Renee are running it all and it’s quite impressive. Breakfast tasted lovely and the whole stay was great value for money. I’d only suggest maybe getting a high chair for the dining room. We will definitely return for future stays in the area and I recommend it to anyone.

Large spacious rooms with separate lounge area and comfortable couch. Beautiful spacious bathroom with rainwater shower head. Overall comfortable and spacious and beautifully fur. Rob and Renee were outstanding hosts, highly recommend staying here!
