Very nice hotel. The location is convenient and only about 20 minutes to the airport at a charge of about 40rmb. For the most part the rooms were nice, Not that the room was dirty, but the beds were very hard, the carpet in the room was a litle stained and the shower walls could use a deep cleaning. The morning breakfast is a great deal which I highly recommend if your rom package doesn't include it, for a few dollars more, add it to your reservation. Bottom line; for the price, location and quality, I woul stay there again.

The hotel is very out dated, once rated 5-stars, but more like 3.5 stars. The bed hard, room need upgrades, breakfast is so-so at RBM 50. Room has a nice view of the river. I would stay at different hotel near by.

the citic hotel is one of the first 5-star hotels to open its doors in Ningbo. The staff was well trained and dressed very neatly. The hotel was of course clean and comfortable. This hotel had the softtest bed out of all the Chinese brand hotels I stayed. The room was comfortable and I slept like a baby. Guests are not given complementary water bottles but are instead offered to use the filteration system. I was a little hesistant to use it. Overall very good for the price I paid and I would book again.

generally a fine hotel except one disappointment on my last day. I put out a 'do not disturb' tag on my door and went out shopping. Upon my return about 1 hr later, I was horrified by a strong tobacco smell in my room! my room was on a non-smoking floor! There is obviously room for improvement in discipline and training of the housekeeping staff. But generally it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Older hotel with a great location to central downtown. Very reasonal rates. Decent breakfast buffet, several hotel restaurants were closed during our stay. The beds are hard - beyond firm. Location, price and cleanliness are their strengths.

Fantastic location in the heart of downtown Ningbo. Slightly older hotel but well maintained and charming. Excellent value.

THE BEST PLACE TO STAY IN NINGBO. ECONOMICAL AND COMFORTABLE.

Nice place... NEEDS NEW CARPET in ROOMS!!! This Hotel should only be a 3 Star. We had 3 rooms for 5 days and the carpet in each of the rooms was VERY DIRTY!!!
