The property had all the facilities that were stated, breakfast was lovely, the room had all essentials, clean and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Having a sauna and steam room was lovely as well as access to a gym. In addition the spa to have facials or massages, etc.

It would be amazing if there was another steam and sauna available as these weren’t massive rooms

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights towards the end of April as part of birthday celebrations. Despite the weather (April is generally hit and miss with clouds and the potential for rain) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Majestic hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful and pristine, situated 5-10 minutes walk from Fira. I cannot fault the staff who were super friendly and accommodating. We were upgraded to a first floor volcano seaview room which was modern and clean with amazing views across the bay. The hotel is located on the road to Fira, which these rooms overlook which was the only draw back. The food at breakfast was really good, with lots of options like pancakes, fruit and cooked breakfast served buffet style. There were also some things you could order off the menu which were also included such as omelettes. Overall a really solid choice for a hotel and certainly one I would choose again.

Our family of four stayed at the Majestic Hotel for four nights from 12th April in a maisonette, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome—refreshing drinks were offered at check-in, and our luggage was promptly taken to our room. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with toiletries. We especially appreciated the attention to detail, such as receiving a follow-up call after we settled in to offer an additional bed setup if needed. Room service was excellent throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the heated pool—such a lovely touch, and the lifeguard even brought us a ball so we could have some fun while swimming. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of options and attentive service. All the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we’re especially grateful to the receptionist and manager for their kindness. Our flight wasn’t until 9pm, and although check-out was scheduled for 11am, we were generously offered a complimentary late check-out until 6pm, which made a huge difference for us. The location is also fantastic—just a 10–15 minute walk to Fira centre, and directly across from a beautiful caldera view. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The combination of outstanding staff, great amenities, and a perfect location made it truly memorable. We would happily return!

## **⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Unforgettable Honeymoon – Exceptional Management & Staff!** We recently spent a week at **The Majestic Hotel** in Fira for our honeymoon, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the staff who handled our luggage and check-in with ease. A special mention must go to **Kristina at reception**. She was incredibly friendly and possessed a wealth of knowledge about the island. She took a genuine interest in our daily plans and what we had seen, which was a personal touch we found across the entire team; every staff member seemed truly invested in ensuring we had a wonderful day. The level of **managerial presence** here is something I have never seen before. The manager leads from the front and is visible throughout the day, ensuring everything runs perfectly. This high standard is reflected in every department, from the attentive pool staff to the breakfast and housekeeping teams. **Highlights of the Hotel:** * **Impeccable Service:** Our room was kept immaculate. When we had a minor issue with the air conditioning, it was repaired immediately while we were out. * **Pool Facilities:** There are two pools—one heated, one not—with plenty of sunbeds available. The lifeguard is great with towels, and the poolside service for food and drinks is top-tier. * **Prime Location:** It’s an easy **5-minute walk** into the center of Fira for shops and restaurants. * **Easy Transport:** The bus station is also just 5 minutes away. At only **€2.50** per trip, it’s the most convenient way to explore the rest of the island. Thank you to the manager and her wonderful team for making our honeymoon so memorable. We will definitely be back!

We had a truly fantastic family holiday and couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough 😊 From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and looked after, with everything clearly set up to make families feel comfortable and relaxed. The facilities were excellent, especially for families travelling with children 🏨❤️ The heated pool was an absolute godsend 🏊‍♀️🔥, allowing the kids to swim happily regardless of the weather and quickly becoming the highlight of their holiday 😄 Seeing them enjoy themselves so much made our stay even more special. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay ⭐ Everyone - from the front desk to the kitchen and breakfast team 🍳🥐, and the pool bar staff 🍹 - was friendly, patient, and genuinely great with children. A special mention goes to Nic the lifeguard 🚨💪, along with Ade, Elias, Phoebe and Loukas (Posh and Becks 😄⚽), who were absolutely fantastic and helped create such a fun, relaxed atmosphere 🌟 Even when we experienced the unexpected issue of a flooded room 🚿😅, the team handled it calmly and professionally. The situation was resolved within the hour ⏱️ with minimal disruption, which was especially appreciated when travelling as a family 👍 Facilities 🛜Wi-Fi – Strong Wi-Fi all across the hotel, not just in reception. 🏊🏻Pool – The smaller of the two pools was heated so great for the children, due to the time of year we visited you had to be crazy to take a dip in the main pool as it was a bit nippy! 🥶 Food: Breakfast – Plenty of choice, hot and cold and the option to order fresh, poached eggs, eggs benedict, various omelettes etc. A good spread! Bar food: We ordered this a few times and it was always to the highest standard, perhaps and little slow in arriving, but that just gave us more time enjoying the pool. Restaurant: We never visited as we walked in Fira each night (10 minutes tops!) but spoke to a few people who had who said that they had enjoyed it. A wonderful, stress-free family holiday made possible by great facilities and an amazing team ❤️ We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to other families

It was an amazing stay !!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Christina and Kostas was kind and helped us through it all.

Room could be upgraded a little but it was still a pleasant stay.
