WOW! What a Truly wonderful week staying here. From the moment we checked in until departing the hotel, the service was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Cindi at the reception, Dora and Virginia working at breakfast and by the pool and even Nico the life guard. They all went above and beyond to ensure that our stay here was the very best. Always happy, smiling and very attentive. The room was large, bed very comfortable and we always had hot water in the bathroom! Room facilities are great as are the toiletries if you’ve forgotten your own. Eleni Tzanou, the hotel manager went out of her way to introduce herself to us on arrival and every morning. A true professional encompassing a genuine personal touch to our stay. The food and drinks by the pool were good, once again amazing service by the ladies. When we left the hotel, Eleni came to say goodbye. We stay in hotels all over the world and have never had a manager go above and beyond. We have visited Santorini for the last 15 years and stayed all over and in many different hotels. We will be back next year and we will be staying back at this hotel without doubt. Thank you for a magnificent stay.

השירותים והאמבטיה לא ממש חדשים , היו המון זבובים , לא היה מתקן בחדר נגד זבובים

De mensen waren heel vriendelijk maar dat vond ik overal op het eiland. Van taxi chauffeur, tot buskaartjes controleur tot restaurants, in winkels. Iedereen was ontzettend aardig. Je voelt je welkom en ze zijn blij dat je voor het eiland hebt gekozen. Het hotel zelf ligt op een goeie locatie, hoog op een berg aan de kant waar de grote cruise schepen lagen. Deze leken wel kleine dinky toys, zo klein waren ze vanaf deze hoogte, erg leuk om te zien. Elke dag weer nieuwe dus een wisselend uitzicht. De afstand naar het centrum van Fira was 10 minuutjes lopen dus je zat zo in de hectiek van die gezellige stad. Het hotel zelf was heerlijk rustig. Wij hadden een kamer met uitzicht op de vulkaan. Het ontbijt was heel goed en afwisselend. Goeie koffie ! Het zwembad was leuk, niet te klein en fijne bedden. Geen handdoekje leggen en genoeg plaats. Niet moeilijk doen over een extra handdoek bij het zwembad en je kon allerlei eten en drinken bestellen wat ze bij je bedje kwamen brengen, fijn! Heerlijk groot bed, fijn beddengoed en een goede airco. We hebben heerlijk geslapen

Ik vond de kamer gedateerd en de badkamer echt te oud. Deze mogen echt nodig opgeknapt worden. Onze kamer keek op de vulkaan en de prachtige zonsondergang maar ik wist van te voren niet dat daar een hele drukke weg tussen lag dus rustig op je balkon zitten en van het uitzicht genieten was niet te doen met die herrie van de weg. Had ik dit geweten had ik de andere kant geboekt ( uitzicht op zee) deze kamers liggen veel rustiger. Ook het meubilair op het balkon was niet comfortabel.
