"A little disappointed"

I was expecting better based on the reviews. There are probably better hotels for this price paid. I need 3-4 layers of pillows to be able get the right thickness. This is 1 part I don't expect from hotel like this. Service was great though.

"Great Airport Transfer Service"

Have arranged for the late airport transfer at 7:30pm, however there's some delay with the baggage and only get released at 8:30pm. Driver was very helpful and friendly. He also gave some advice about where I could get some fast shopping the next day after my meeting with the supplier. And also helped to arrange for next day transfer to Luohu checkpoint. Thumbs up for the excellent service!

A rather dated hotel but good location. 5 mins walk to Guomao train station, 3 mins walk to King Glory Shopping Plaza, 20 mins walk to MixC Shopping Centre. Hotel has good health, beauty and fitness facilities including an indoor heated pool.

"Grand Spacious Deluxe Room which I love.."

Pros - the room ( Deluxe ) which I reserved, is Fabulous, spacious, grand and very clean. It is the same room as shown when you are making your reservation. I love the Hugeness of it and the Bathroom.. it is very nice, with separate tub and shower. The staffs are very helpful and do make you feel welcome with their warm smile Cons - we ate at Fortune Court when we arrive as it is already past noon.. the beef pepper steak is good, however, the fish congee I have is terrible, as the fish used is frozen long enough, that it taste gummy.. we have Seafood buffet at the Brew House in the evening, and the food is so so, soup is watery, coconut milk desert is watery. considering it being an international hotel I expected a better standard.. the salad station though is good.. the breakfast is so so..

"Excellent hotel in the heart of Shenzhen"

I always stay at this hotel when I travel to Shenzhen and I'm never disappointed. Very friendly staff. Huge, comfortable rooms. The best shower of any hotel I stay at in Asia (water pressure is so strong...you never want to get out) Location is very convenient. The breakfast included in the room rate is very good. All in all, highly recommend.

"Excellent Choice for Shenzhen"

Was here 3 nights on business. Hotel is downtown, so can be a little hard to get to in traffic. BUT the property, the rooms, the hotel itself is beautiful with its rich wooden doors to each room...The beds were extremely comfortable
