My stay has always been nice but this trip I was travelling with some friends and one of the other rooms electronic lock does not work. Had to call room service everytime returning to the room.

"Good quiet location with food and shopping nearby."

Distance to the local transport and train station is reasonable. Good location for people who likes a quieter enviroment. Hotel room is clean and spacious, however things are slightly old. Best thing about the hotel are the staff, speaks English well and their trainees are very informative and helpful.

"Live like a king!"

I am very pleased with the service provided by the hotel. I was being auto upgraded to a bigger room and the room was really big! Condition of the room is excellent and there are selections of pillow you can choose based on your preferrence. Customer service is always helpful. They even gave me a birthday surprise with a delicious chocolate cake! What a surprise! I will definately choose this hotel when i come back next time.

The hotel is in a very good location for shopping, transportation, and easy access to the metro. Though hotel is abit old, it's clean and well maintained. Nice surrounding and safe area.

"Fantastic hotel in good central position"

Fantastic hotel in good central position close to metro stations, lovely staff who, most spoke good English. Breakfast. more chose than I have ever seen. Swimming pool and spar facilities were good and clean.
