The room is spacious and clean. It is located near shopping Malls n eatery. The staff here is very friendly n helpful.

Located in central location, near to food eateries, pubs. Very convenient.

Good stay, bed was comfortable. Was confused at first where check-in desk was, it seemed like the desk was only for members/priority check-in. We would recommend a clearer sign or staff to direct us. Other than that, it was a good hotel and we would return next time.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough, nothing was a problem language not an issue and the location was perfect for my business trip, not close to airport but that was OK as I needed to be near suppliers.

my room was the one at the very end of a corridor, it's quite small, and there's a door in my room, locked-which always creeps me out somehow. I stayed at Crown Plaza at guanghzou the next day, the conditions are so much better, this one in shenzhen - well at least my room, maybe i'm just unlucky- was maximum 4 star, compared to the almost 5 star rooms of crown plaza guangzhou.

Only things the toilet taking so much of space. Next booking I will want small toilet space and more spacious in the room

Excellent service at the reception

Within central location - great staff - however the rooms are pretty old styled. It has a contemporary look if you appreciate such hotels.
