Spacious, good location, clean,

I have stayed here many times almost 10 years ago. Had to stay over and thought why not try this again, since I have also aged 10 years.... It has the charm of being an aged hotel but 'classical' in look and feel and feels luxurious-ish. Although it is an old hotel, it is well kept. Rooms were of decent size and well maintained & cleaned and looked exactly as per 10 years ago. Wardrobe was in a reddish wood and well polished too. Bathrooms were okay too. Got one with the jacuzzi tub. Tub was abit on the small size but at least the jets were strong. Lovely robes, towels and bedding. Nice and soft. Had complimentary water bottles so that was good. Location is good to alot of restaurants and the King Glory Mall (4 mins walk) or Dong Men Shopping Area (8 mins walk) Overall would stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights with breakfast. Pool is very clean and heated, gym is complete but rowing machine broken. Plenty of tvs and towels. Room was traditional redwood style, ceilings decent and view ok, wifi works super well, there are adjoining rooms. No in-room snacks and I wished I could switch off the fridge to save electricity. Location 7 mins walk from guomao metro. Breakfast has wide variety but quality is average. Better to pick up food from local stores in the vicinity if you have the freedom. Check in very smooth, didn't try the other restaurants though. Area safe and 15mins to dongmen pedestrian st

I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Landmark Shenzhen, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. Catherine, the duty manager, went above and beyond before my arrival by efficiently taking care of a parcel sent by my partner. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist were greatly appreciated.Additionally, the staff spent around an hour helping me register on a bike ride app, and one even offered his own bicycle to ensure I had a great experience. The breakfast was fresh with a good variety and high quality, and all the restaurant staff were polite and helpful.While the rooms could benefit from some updating and there were occasional damp smells in certain areas, the overall experience was still very positive due to the outstanding hospitality. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Catherine, made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommend!

Very convenient for shopping and easy to find MTR station. The indoor swimming pool quite small but good for any season.

The checkin service was very fast although it was at peak time.Miss Alice Huang of front desk was most helpful and courteous.She even help us by explaining how the mobile payment apps and didi app work in China. The excellant service also extended to the room and the restaurant too.

Great location, but quite an old hotel, could do with some renewal work, updates to facilities. Went during Easter break, but not very festive as compared to another hotel wilh the same price-point at shenzhen that also has a more personal touch. Nothing special. 3.5/5 for cost-effectiveness.

Great location in the city centre, close to shops, markets and restaurants. Furnishing traditional Chinese very comfortable. Staff very helpful with special mention of Mr Chen and Mrs Zhang from the breakfast room and Mr Cheng from the pool. They make everyone feel at home!
