I loved how convenient the location was. The food and friendly environment.

Food was amazing, room was clean and staff friendly

Additional toiletries such as lotion, toothpaste, shower cap would've been nice

Lovely Room, great interior and exterior. Lovely staff and restaurants. The check out experience was great, the best I've seen compared to other resorts on the Island. Enjoyed the balcony. Enjoyed the fried chicken wings from the bar and chips for snacking. The entertainment was good.

Only one gown and slippers provided in the room for a couple. Only vanilla tea in the room. No sugar,milk,coffee or drinking water. I was expecting the Casuarina Standard in Cape Town. Check in was a bit of a wait,more than one hour waiting for booking.com to confirm with the resort. Realised this is perhaps just standard to give only a sheet in Mauritius, but I was cold in the night and wish there was a duvet or blanket. Air-conditioning settings only on cool.

Breakfast was good. A variety of choices.

Breakfast and dinners were outstanding, and the reception and guest relations staff excellent.
