Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento

First time here...weekend getaway. We enjoyed our trip. The buffet line was ridiculous...we waited one hour to get seated. There was one line to pay and a separate line to get a table...that process stunk. The smoke in the casino wasn't great either...I wonder if they have a filtration system. But the staff were all very nice, the room was very clean and modern, elevators were fast, the property was clean as a whole. They had two pop up bars on the casino floor, but each was only staffed with one bartender and the lines were long!! All in all it was enjoyable and we'll be back.

Not enough staff to accommodate crowd that caused long lines and wait times so long.

Don’t like how Expedia can not change the availability of the room

this is the second time I’ve stayed there. This is a fun place. Lots of food options good gambling lotta fun.

You have to make Reservations for EVERY Restaurant..they say you don’t…but you have to wait 30-45 minutes for a table otherwise !, that’s Terrible if you here for a show .
