Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento

Beautiful

The hotel/casino is impressive, but the staff is incredible. Every interaction that I had was genuinely friendly and the service was always prompt. I would highly, recommend the Hard Rock.

Really bad

I really can't say enough bad about this place. We been going here since they open, and it just keeps getting worst. There use to be a community of people that came here and we got to know alot of them. But, that's before the big greed set in. Now when you go you hardly ever see any of the regulars. Mainly because you never win anymore, it's just take,take, take. The food has gotten so bad you can't hardly get a good meal. We eat in the plum lounge alot,and most of the time it's over salted and just plain nasty. And when you say something, they just say alot of people been complaining but nothing gets done. Jello for desert like your in a frigging hospital. Thier cheap clothing line,that most of the zippers break the first time you wear them. You leave feeling like you smoked a pack of cigarettes even if you don't smoke. People leave trash and ashes all over the machines, to the point it's just disgusting and dirty just to play here, better bring some hand sanitizer to this place. Got a carmal frappe from there coffee shop 7.00, totally nasty,taste like watered down coffee and didn't even hardly blend it, ice chunks kept getting stuck in the straw, couldn't hardly drink the it. So let's go to hardrock, play a bunch of machines that have no chance of paying anything, eat a bunch of nasty food, and collect a bunch of cheap clothing that isn't worth wearing. Yay!

I love this place!

Had an amazing time! We went for a comedy show and it was a blast. Our room had a few red carpet stains that needed to be addressed but didn’t ruin the experience. We ate at YouYou and it was so good. I just wish they had more food options that don’t require a reservation or long wait times.

Great place go before and after concert. So nice not having to leave properly after seeing a show.

Smoking allowed in casino area, can be smelled everywhere.

Hotel room was fantastic when we eventually got it! Paid $460 for 1 night due to attending a gig. When we went to check in at 3.15pm they told us there were no rooms ready yet. Really unacceptable when you've paid such a lot of money. No compensation like drinks vouchers were offered, staff were really unaccommodating and quite rude. Went back at about 4.30 and they were fobbing us off again until I asked for compensation and a room magically became available. The room was a large king with a really nice bathroom. Great venue for the gig we went to.
