Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Windsor Locks Bradley Airport

I would not stay there again. It was not clean locks barely worked the doors that went to the outside did not even have locks. Very run down

Extremely outdated. Carpets were filthy, baseboards were, nicked up and in desperate need for painting, The entire place needed to be updated. Bathroom fan was loud and disruptive. Rooms were as clean as they could be considering the property condition. The back door was constantly being propped open for people to enter. I did not feel safe. One night I saw 6 additional people enter a guest room to stay. It was apparent that no one was monitoring the entry/exit doors. The staff however was very pleasant and helpful.

Convenient to BDL and free shuttle

It sounded like someone was hitting the floor with a broom handle from the room above us on our last night at the hotel. Husband called front desk, but the noise perpetuated, even into the morning. We could not sleep (even with a sound machine) and it was most unpleasant! Otherwise, our stay would have been good.

Staff was friendly at check in. Hotel is no frills. But what I expected.

Shuttle and parking are wonderful.

It was exactly what we needed. The staff was friendly and competent. The parking was super easy and the shuttle was very convenient. The facility is old, but it was clean. Thank you for a great stay!

It was clean, very affordable, and the managers were kind and polite. The hotel is located close to the airport, which made transportation back and forth extemely convenient.

Very clean. Great for a short sleep.

Very old. No amenities if staying longer.
